How to add a new post with sound sample

go to the media section, add new and then select files and find them on your computer add and upload them, this will add them to the media library. You then need to go to posts, and add new, write the details you want on the post and then use the little star symbol to add the media file to the post. This is bring up a new dialog box, if you select the media library tab it will show all the uploaded files. Press show on the file you want, choose post URL and then insert in to post, this will add the link to the file into the post. You then just need to publish the post and it will then appear on the main site.
